During the day, snow will be observed in most parts of Chui, Talas, Osh, Jalal-Abad, Issyk-Kul, and Naryn regions, as well as in some areas of Batken region. Fog is possible in some areas. There may be snow drifts and ice on the roads. The wind will blow from the west at a speed of 4-9 m/s, and in the western part of the Issyk-Kul lake area, its speed may reach 15-20 m/s.
