According to the latest data, the trade volume between Kyrgyzstan and Iran from January to October 2025 reached $66 million, which is 37.3% higher compared to the same period in 2024. These figures were provided by the National Statistical Committee.

The main goods that Iran exported to Kyrgyzstan include synthetic paints and varnishes ($3.7 million), equipment for processing mineral materials ($3.4 million), and fruits ($3.3 million). In turn, Kyrgyzstan primarily exported dried legumes (peas, lentils, beans, chickpeas, and others) to Iran, amounting to $20.6 million, as well as cotton fiber worth $9 million.

It is important to note that on January 12, U.S. President Donald Trump announced that any country doing business with the Islamic Republic of Iran would be burdened with a 25% tariff on all business transactions with the United States.
