It is worth noting that during the first ten months of 2024, collections from vehicle registrations decreased, which was related to the introduction of new rules in Russia regarding the calculation of the recycling fee for vehicles imported from EAEU countries. Forecasts from the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development indicated that the increase in the recycling fee in the Russian Federation would impact the budget of Kyrgyzstan.
