At the IV People's Kurultai, the President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, announced that over the past three years, the net profit from "Kumtor" amounted to $2 billion.
In 2025, the enterprise earned $678 million in net profit, he noted.
Additionally, OJSC "Kyrgyzaltyn" received a profit of $200 million, and the company "Makmal," which previously required subsidies, also achieved a profit of $670 million. Similar results are being demonstrated by "Kyrgyz Temir Zholu," Japarov added.
The president emphasized that the country's economy has shown significant growth in recent years, and work in this direction will continue.
