“People today are facing the consequences of such an approach, including the influence of family ties and other improper practices,” the president added.
Sadyr Japarov emphasized that this practice must be completely stopped. He also announced a review of training standards in driving schools, and the exams for obtaining licenses will become more difficult, with increased control over the training process.
“Only those who truly know the Rules of the Road should get behind the wheel. The life of a person is the main priority,” the president emphasized.
