According to the president, this year the State Mortgage Company was able to provide housing for more than 4,600 families.
“This accounts for 50% of the total number of apartments issued over the past four years. Since 2021, 9,250 families have received their own housing across the country. The 'My Home' program has truly become a people's project. This year, funding for housing construction exceeded 40 billion soms, which is significantly more than in previous years,” noted Japarov.
The president also emphasized that the construction of more than 70,000 apartments is ongoing in various regions of the country.
“Although the majority of construction is concentrated in Bishkek and the Chui region, the state also supports projects in the Osh, Jalal-Abad, Issyk-Kul, Batken, Talas, and Naryn regions,” concluded the president.
