Sadyr Japarov participated in the ceremony of announcing bilateral documents within the framework of the business forum of the Dialogue "Central Asia + Japan"
Today, December 20, during his official visit to Japan, the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Sadyr Japarov, participated in a ceremony where bilateral agreements reached as a result of the business forum "Dialogue: Central Asia + Japan" were announced.
About 300 business representatives from Central Asia and Japan participated in the event, covering various sectors such as industry, energy, transportation and logistics, financial services, healthcare, as well as agriculture and high technology.
During the business program of the forum, key areas of cooperation were discussed, including sustainable development, the creation of a "green" economy, digitalization, the development of the IT sector, as well as issues related to education and human capital development. At the end of the forum, a ceremony was held for the signing of several bilateral documents.
Documents concerning cooperation between government bodies and business structures of Kyrgyzstan and Japan:
— Action plan for the Center for Development and Promotion of Exports "Kyrgyz Export" in collaboration with the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO);
— "Roadmap" between the Ministry of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic and MurooSystems Corporation for the implementation of a small hydropower project on the Chon-Kemin River in accordance with the Investment Agreement dated August 30, 2024;
— Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic and Japanese national hospitals on the establishment of modern emergency care centers;
— Memorandum of Cooperation between the Kyrgyz-Japanese Business Council and the Japan-Kyrgyz Economic Exchange Association; — Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic and Sprix Corporation;
