Thus, President Sadyr Japarov signed a decree regarding the dismissal of Baktyar Orozov from the position of Minister of Science, Higher Education, and Innovations of Kyrgyzstan.
The press service of the President of the Republic noted that Baktyar Orozov was dismissed for violating ethical standards that state and municipal officials are required to adhere to.
According to the decree, in accordance with paragraph 4 of part 1 of article 70, article 71 of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, paragraph 5 of part 2 of article 24, and part 2 of article 32 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On State Civil Service and Municipal Service," Baktyar Orozov is relieved of his position as Minister of Science, Higher Education, and Innovations of the Kyrgyz Republic.
