The delegate's proposal includes voting on this matter and incorporating it into the final resolution of the Kurultai.
Earlier, President Japarov urged the participants of the Kurultai not to succumb to flattery and to openly report on current problems and issues.
Today, the IV People's Kurultai has started in Bishkek, taking place at the Toktogul Satylganov Kyrgyz National Philharmonic Hall.
