The delegate proposed allocating a plot of land for the construction of an additional school building. She also appealed to the president to consider the population density when building new schools and kindergartens, as there is a shortage of places due to migration. For instance, in Shopokov, there are two schools, and one of them, designed for 500 places, actually accommodates 2500 students who study in three shifts.
Additionally, Asylgul Kenenbaeva raised the issue of low salaries for methodologists in the district, who earn only 9000 soms. She also pointed out that the directors of kindergartens and vocational colleges earn only 12-13 thousand soms and called for attention to this problem.
In conclusion of her speech, the delegate mentioned that this year the city of Shopokov celebrated its 40th anniversary, but at that moment there was a sewage accident. “It was a difficult moment for us. We were expecting guests from Moscow for the celebration, and our mayor ended up in rubber boots,” she said, calling for a resolution to this issue.
