At the IV People's Kurultai on December 25, delegate Perizat Kadenova reported on the escalating conflicts between students and educators, including psychologists.

She noted that, as indicated by Sadyr Nurgozhoevich, some teenagers have stopped responding to authority and persuasion—they begin to act on the principle of "I do what I want," which sometimes leads to threats of self-harm. According to Kadenova, this highlights the need to establish a security service in educational institutions.

The delegate also proposed limiting the number of students in a class to 30. Currently, in some schools, one class has between 50 to 58 children. Moreover, if there are fewer than 60 students in a class, opening a new class is impossible, which requires additional financial resources and furniture. Teachers find it increasingly difficult to pay attention to each student, leading to a high turnover rate.

“Such an approach will make teachers' work easier and ensure a deeper understanding of knowledge by students,” she added.
