According to him, residents of this high-altitude region face cardiovascular diseases in 52% of cases, which requires attention from healthcare institutions.
Furthermore, Ishenbaev noted that young people from the area are eager to continue their education elsewhere. In this regard, he proposed building an IT academy to enhance the attractiveness of local education.
The delegate also mentioned the need for a stadium that would take into account the climatic conditions of the region and facilitate training.
