The Ministry of Internal Affairs demonstrates consistency and firmness regarding any offenses committed by its employees. This was stated by the Minister of Internal Affairs Ulan Niyazbekov on December 25 during the IV People's Kurultai.

He emphasized that the law must be observed by everyone without exception.

“No official positions, ranks, experience, or past achievements can serve as justification for illegal actions. Every violation of the law or service discipline by a police officer receives a detailed, objective, and strict legal assessment,” noted Niyazbekov.

According to him, based on the results of inspections and internal investigations, serious measures are taken, including dismissal from office, exclusion from the internal affairs bodies, and criminal prosecution in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

“The principled position of the Ministry of Internal Affairs remains unchanged — any person who violates the law has no right to represent state authority and wear a uniform,” he added.
“The family should not be a place of fear, humiliation, or impunity. Every case of domestic violence requires immediate and mandatory response from the internal affairs authorities,” emphasized Niyazbekov.

He also reported that the Ministry of Internal Affairs is strengthening preventive measures, monitoring the work of personnel, and demanding personal responsibility from leaders at all levels.
