The Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic has begun organizing vaccination for citizens planning to perform Hajj in Mecca in 2026. Measures are being taken to ensure sanitary and epidemiological safety and reduce the risk of the spread of infectious diseases.

According to the Ministry's order, pilgrims are required to undergo mandatory vaccination against meningococcal infection and seasonal influenza. These steps comply with international medical and sanitary requirements and are a necessary condition for admission to perform Hajj.

The vaccination process will take place in medical institutions across the country from December 23 to December 30, 2025, with each pilgrim required to undergo a preliminary medical examination. Immunization will be conducted in accordance with all safety standards, including "cold chain" rules and infection control measures.
