The Ministry of Health of Kyrgyzstan draws the attention of citizens to the significantly increased load on medical institutions due to the issuance of the medical certificate form No. 083.
According to information from the heads of family medicine centers, there has been a sharp increase in the number of requests for this medical certificate in recent weeks.
Previously, about 15–20 people would request the certificate per day, but now this number has significantly increased, leading to queues in some medical institutions.
For comparison: in September, an average of about 500 certificates of form No. 083 were issued per day across the republic, while in December this figure reached 3,000.
Thus, the load on polyclinics has increased almost sixfold.
The Ministry also emphasizes that the issuance of certificates is proceeding in a normal mode, and medical workers do not refuse to accept patients. Citizens are accepted in the order of their arrival.
The certificate of form No. 083 is required for the replacement of driver's licenses.
