The "Taxpayer's Cabinet" service and its mobile version have become important tools for remote interaction with tax authorities. They allow users to submit reports, pay taxes online, and obtain certificates and reconciliation acts without the need to visit tax institutions.
This year, 15 new online services and improvements have been implemented in the "Taxpayer's Cabinet," including:
- the online service "Reconciliation Act of Mutual Settlements with the Taxpayer for Insurance Contributions," as well as an update to the "Reconciliation Act of Mutual Settlements" module;
- an updated assistant for filling out the income tax and state social insurance (STI-161) report;
- automated generation of the NSP report;
- an implemented assistant for filling out the indirect tax report (FORM STI-123_5);
- an updated form for the indirect tax report (FORM STI-123_6);
- a developed service for obtaining certificates confirming taxpayer status (forms STI-024 and STI-025);
- automation of the issuance of residency certificates;
- a service for the automatic generation of tax reports for individual entrepreneurs and legal entities operating under the single tax;
- automatic calculation of property tax;
- implementation of automatic generation of the amount to be paid based on report data in the electronic report journal;
- the ability to submit notifications online in the "EAEU" module;
- an implemented online re-registration service for individual entrepreneurs;
- the "Offset, Refund" module for accepting applications for the refund of overpaid taxes and contributions;
- online registration of individuals through integration with the authorized state body;
- since July 1, all taxes and contributions can only be paid using a QR code or payment code, which minimizes errors in fund allocation.
Other initiatives in the fiscalization of tax procedures
The State Tax Service is also implementing projects for the fiscalization of tax procedures, including:
- the implementation of fiscal software (FSO) for real-time transmission of cash receipt data;
- a system of SMS notifications for citizens about tax debts;
- a feedback system "Pikirler," allowing online assessment of service quality;
- a pilot project for the implementation of the electronic system "Bazar" in the "Dordoy" market.
The Tax Service will continue to expand the range of online services to make them as accessible as possible and simplify the fulfillment of tax obligations for its users.
