On December 25, as part of the IV People's Kurultai, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev held an online ceremony to open 94 social and production facilities in Kyrgyzstan.
According to the Bishkek city administration, 5 social and 1 production facility were put into operation in the capital, including kindergarten No. 62 "Balastan" in the Sverdlovsk district.
Key figures attended the event, including the head of the mayor's office Ilyas Kolopov, the deputy akim of the Sverdlovsk district Ainuru Arstambekova, the director of the Department of Education Rakhmat Musaev, and the director of the kindergarten Aida Suranchieva.
The kindergarten occupies a land area of 2,794.6 square meters. With modern approaches to organizing the educational process, the institution can accommodate up to 560 children, although its designed capacity is 360 places. The kindergarten includes 18 groups, and instruction is conducted in the Kyrgyz language.
The building of the kindergarten, designed in a modern style, meets all safety and comfort standards. The territory features 14 playgrounds equipped with modern play equipment and artificial surfaces.
The construction of this facility began in June 2025, and the project was implemented by the Capital Construction Department of the Bishkek city administration. The contractor was the company OsOO "Lider Haus."
