Deputy Yrysbek Atazhanov raised the issue of gasification for the population in some villages of the Kadamjay district in the Batken region and called for the acceleration of the construction of the "Ak-Suu" regulation pool in the Iskhak-Polotkhan rural administration, noting its importance for the region's water supply. Deputy Seyidbek Atambaev suggested focusing on the development of road and transport infrastructure in the Kumtu rural administration of the Chui region.
Bekmurza Ergeshov inquired about the potential volumes of additional revenues from reducing the shadow economy and touched on issues related to the implementation of programs aimed at combating poverty. Sovetbek uulu Rustambek emphasized the need to expedite the process of land transformation in the Nookat district of the Osh region and highlighted the importance of increasing access to the state housing program.
Elvira Surabaldiyeva proposed considering the possibility of constructing a new hospital on the site of the former narcological dispensary in the Pervomaisky district of Bishkek. Gulya Kozhokulova drew attention to the need for developing a General Plan for the capital and promoting mortgage lending in the regions.
Janarbek Akayev suggested allocating funds for the reconstruction of the Sary-Tash-Irkeshtam road in the Aylai district of the Osh region and noted the importance of revising the procedure for indexing social benefits considering inflation. Baktyyar Kalpaev focused on the socio-economic development of the Batken region, proposing to start the construction of residential houses in several cities.
Mahabat Mavlyanova raised the issue of the lack of educational institutions in a number of villages in the Nookat district. Altynbek Kylchbaev proposed creating a preferential mortgage mechanism for teachers and medical workers, as they can currently only receive mortgage housing in the general queue. Azamat Isirailov requested to include the construction of additional facilities in the fields of education and healthcare, as well as the development of irrigation networks, in capital investments.
Nilufer Alimjanova was interested in plans for building rehabilitation centers across the country, to which Adylbek Kasymaliev reported the intention to construct facilities in the cities of Osh and Karakol. Ilimbek Kubanychbekov raised a question about the implementation of a voucher mechanism for financing educational services.
As a result of the discussion, the bills "On Amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic on the Republican Budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2025 and the Planning Period of 2026-2027" and "On the Republican Budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2026 and the Planning Period of 2027-2028" were adopted in three readings.
