According to information provided by the government, the import of electronic cigarettes and nicotine-containing liquids has once again been restricted in Kyrgyzstan. This decision was officially announced in the cabinet of ministers.
The resolution was signed by the chairman of the cabinet of ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev.
According to the new decree, for the next six months, the importation of electronic cigarettes and nicotine delivery devices, as well as nicotine-containing liquids in various containers, including cartridges and tanks intended for use in these devices, is prohibited in the country. This product falls under the EAEU customs code 2404 12 000 0.
It should be noted that earlier, in July, the government also imposed a similar ban for a period of six months.
