According to information provided by the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services, the total amount of fines for violations in the construction sector in 2025 amounted to 132 million soms.
During the reporting period, 3,053 inspections were conducted to ensure compliance with construction norms and requirements at various sites across the country, resulting in the issuance of 2,290 protocols on violations. For comparison, in 2024, the number of inspections was 2,973, and the number of protocols reached 2,023.
The Ministry also noted that the volume of fines increased from 120.1 million soms last year to 132 million soms this year, reflecting a growth of 9.9 percent. Interestingly, the number of unauthorized constructions decreased in 2025: only 111 illegal sites were identified, while in 2024 their number was 171. Officials assured that monitoring of construction projects in the country will continue as planned.
