In the next year, 36 new educational institutions will be built.
The Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services, Nurdin Oruntaev, speaking at a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, announced plans for school construction in 2026, including 20 in Bishkek, 10 in Osh, and 6 in Manas, as instructed by the president.
He also noted that approximately 300 social facilities remain unfinished for 2025, which will be completed next year.
Additionally, there are 90 emergency schools in the country, and work on their repair and reconstruction is also planned for 2026.
