At the IV People's Kurultai, President Sadyr Japarov announced that, according to the International Monetary Fund, Kyrgyzstan has entered the top three countries with the highest rates of real GDP growth in 2024.

He noted that this achievement is a clear confirmation of the effectiveness of the economic policy being implemented, the correctness of the national strategy, and the diligent work of the citizens.

The head of state also added that over the past four years, the country's economy has demonstrated unprecedented growth.

“The average GDP growth rate over the last three years has been 9.8 percent. In the current year, economic activity remains at a high level. Over the 11 months of 2025, real GDP growth reached 10.2 percent, which is a record figure,” he said.

According to Japarov, if in 2020 the consolidated budget amounted to 247.7 billion soms, by 2025 it reached 1 trillion 93 billion soms, which is almost four times more in a short period.

The president also emphasized that such dynamics indicate the strengthening of the country's financial base and the success of the reforms being carried out.

According to assessments by leading global rating agencies, this year Kyrgyzstan's sovereign credit rating was upgraded to B+, which is a significant step towards increasing the country's international authority and investment attractiveness.

Japarov added that all indicators confirm that the economy of Kyrgyzstan is on the path of sustainable and quality growth.
