In Kyrgyzstan, 3 million 600 thousand requests were registered at the public service centers (CSP), of which 527 thousand services were provided in digital format. In particular, the following were registered online: 3,243 births, 2,183 name changes, 9 deaths, 83,101 requests for the "Digitize Yourself" service, 18,951 online registrations, 4,015 duplicate certificates, 236,313 various certificates, 1,000 ID passport applications, and 178,887 consultations on online services. This information was revealed at a final meeting at the State Institution "Kyzmat," which was attended by Almaz Raimbekov, Deputy Chief of Staff of the President of Kyrgyzstan, as well as leaders of CSPs and marriage registration offices.

As Raimbekov noted, among the online services of CSPs, the most in demand are address registration, digitization, and obtaining certificates. He also reported that 3,000 applications had been submitted for ID card exchanges, but only 1,000 had been issued, which is a concerning indicator. In this regard, he emphasized the importance of improving the process of transitioning to digital formats for the provision of public services, placing the responsibility for this on the heads of territorial divisions.

Raimbekov added that all shortcomings in the system must be eliminated so that citizens can use online services without problems. Specialists were recommended to provide consultations and practical assistance, creating comfortable conditions for users.
An important aspect of the meeting was the discussion of monitoring the workload of specialists working with various services. The heads of CSPs were instructed to promptly redistribute resources and strengthen areas with high workloads, minimizing ineffective use of working time.

Azamat Japparov, Director of the State Institution "Kyzmat," reported on the current work to create regulatory acts aimed at optimizing the registration and documentation process, as well as plans for developing new online services.

As a result of the meeting, priority tasks for 2026 were identified, including increasing the number of users of online services, reducing the need for personal visits to CSPs, shortening queues, optimizing workload, improving service quality, and strengthening anti-corruption measures.

Currently, there are 52 public service centers, 2 marriage registration offices, and 2 departments for servicing foreign citizens operating in Bishkek and Osh.
