Kyrgyz citizens have started to contact the Ministry of Labor more frequently regarding labor relations

As of December 1, 2025, there is an increase in the activity of citizens contacting the Ministry of Labor, Social Protection, and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic.

According to the information from the ministry's press service, the highest number of inquiries came from the capital (694), followed by Chui Region (224) and Osh Region (176). At the same time, the lowest number of inquiries was recorded in Talas Region – 16 and from abroad – 11.

The minister and his deputies regularly hold receptions for citizens: the minister meets on Fridays from 9:00 to 11:00, while the deputies meet from 10:00 to 12:00. In November, 307 personal receptions were registered. Additionally, 6,345 consultation requests were received via the phone lines 1966 and 66-01-07. Furthermore, inquiries were also addressed through online platforms and the radio program "1-kabyldama".
Regarding the reasons for the inquiries, most questions pertained to labor relations and control (18%), housing issues (13.1%), social support for families and children (11.8%), services for children with disabilities (10.8%), monthly allowances (9.7%), and material assistance (5%). The remaining inquiries made up a small percentage.

Out of 1,374 monitored inquiries, 1,329 (96.7%) were resolved, while 45 (3.3%) remain in progress. The most relevant topics included housing issues, social benefits, vouchers for sanatoriums, the work of social workers, children's education, employment, migration, and support for people with disabilities.

The ministry emphasizes that work with citizens' inquiries continues systematically, and all requests are considered in accordance with the law.
