The Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic explained the increase in queues at the Family Medicine Centers (CSM) for obtaining the medical certificate of form 083, which is necessary for replacing or obtaining a driver's license. This clarification was a response to citizens' inquiries and messages on social media about the large number of people in queues.
According to information from CSM leaders, there has been a significant increase in the number of citizens requesting certificates recently. "If previously up to 15-20 people applied daily for a medical certificate, now their number has increased, which has led to queues in some medical institutions. For example, in September, an average of about 500 certificates of form 083 were issued daily across the country, while in December this figure increased to 3,000, indicating an almost sixfold increase in the load on clinics," the Ministry of Health noted.
At the same time, the agency emphasizes that the process of issuing certificates continues in a normal mode. Medical workers are accepting all citizens who apply, acting in the order of the queue and not refusing assistance.
