Ulan Niyazbekov, the Minister of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan, emphasized the firm stance of his department regarding offenses committed by police officers.

He noted that the Ministry of Internal Affairs demonstrates consistency and strictness in responding to any violations of the law and service ethics, regardless of the rank or length of service of the police officers. Every instance of unlawful behavior is subject to objective legal assessment.

The Minister stated that as a result of internal investigations, strict measures are applied, including dismissal and bringing individuals to justice in accordance with the country's legislation. He added that those who violate the law should not have the right to wear a uniform and represent state interests.

Ulan Niyazbekov also highlighted the issue of domestic violence, stating that any manifestations of violence within the family are unacceptable and cannot be justified by conflicts, emotional states, or personal relationships.

According to him, every situation related to domestic violence requires immediate response from law enforcement agencies. The Ministry of Internal Affairs ensures the protection of victims and the swift accountability of offenders, emphasizing that there is no room for compromise or a formal approach in this matter.

Niyazbekov reported that the department is strengthening preventive work, monitoring the actions of employees, and personal responsibility of leaders at all levels. He noted that public trust in the police is formed not only by statements but also by real actions, principledness, and the inevitability of punishment.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs assured that it will continue to act strictly within the framework of the law, ensuring the safety of society and the protection of citizens' rights.
