The unacceptable behavior of law enforcement officers has become a topic of discussion on social media.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of Kyrgyzstan, the officers exhibited aggression, used foul language, and attempted to enter a concert without permission.
In connection with the incident, the Internal Investigations Service of the MIA initiated an internal investigation. The results of the inspection confirmed serious violations of service discipline and ethics. As a result, Senior Lieutenant of Police M.B. and Captain of Police M.K. were dismissed from their positions. Additionally, in December, during a patrol, inspectors from the Patrol Service of the police stopped a Toyota vehicle. The driver, who exhibited suspicious behavior, turned out to be a man with obvious signs of alcohol intoxication. Initially, he admitted to driving the vehicle while intoxicated, but soon retracted his statement and evaded medical examination for a long time. Ultimately, the inspection confirmed the fact of intoxication, and a protocol for the offense was drawn up against the driver, while the vehicle was placed in a tow lot. As a result of the inspection, Police Sergeant M.u.K. was dismissed from the internal affairs authorities.
