According to information provided by the inspector of the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Nadyrbek Jusupov, on December 23, the editorial office of "AKIpress Summary" reported that around three o'clock in the morning on November 8, a signal was received by service 102 about a fight between two citizens in one of the capital's nightclubs.
Upon arrival at the scene, police officers found that the participants in the altercation were in a state of alcohol intoxication. As a result, they were taken to the Internal Affairs Department of the Oktobersky District for further investigation.
A protocol was drawn up against them under Article 126 ("Minor Hooliganism") of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, after which they were placed in a temporary detention facility.
