On the outskirts of Balakchy, in the Issyk-Kul region, employees of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic (SCNS KR) uncovered a stash containing two firearms: a "Makarov" pistol and a "Revolver," one of each type.
The special serial numbers on the found pistols had been erased. According to preliminary data, these firearms may have belonged to members of organized criminal groups who acquired them illegally for personal and selfish purposes during their criminal activities, as reported by the SCNS KR.
Investigative actions are currently ongoing to identify those involved in the illegal circulation of weapons. The investigation continues.
