The founder of the hotel chain 'Zhannat' is wanted by the State National Security Committee.
The State National Security Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic (GKNB) received a collective appeal from participants in the shared construction of an apartment building located in the third microdistrict of Bishkek. The investors of the company "Alliance Kurulush Plus" called for actions against M.B.E., the owner of "MBE Group," and his partners, who obstructed the completion of construction and unlawfully seized commercial property.

As a result of the investigation, it was revealed that in 2016, a contract for joint activities to construct a residential complex with socio-cultural facilities in the specified area was signed between M.B.E. and a representative of "Alliance Kurulush Plus," A.M. from Kazakhstan.

However, in 2018, amid a conflict, M.B.E. used threats of physical violence, involving members of an organized crime group led by the late K. Asanbek, to seize commercial premises, which were then re-registered in the name of his relative.

Additionally, after the completion of construction funded by the investors, M.B.E. began to demand the transfer of certain apartments to his affiliates without investing his own funds and obstructed the completion of construction, violating the rights of other investors.

On December 23, 2025, the General Director of "MBE Group," Sh.B.G., was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility in connection with this case. The founder of the company, M.B.E., is wanted.

Investigative actions in this case are ongoing.
