Citizens participating in the shared construction of a multi-story residential building in the 3rd microdistrict of Bishkek have submitted a collective appeal to the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic (GKNB). They are requesting measures to be taken against the owner of 'MBE Group' and his affiliated individuals, who, in their opinion, are obstructing the completion of construction and have seized commercial property in this project.
During the investigation, the GKNB established that in 2016, a cooperation agreement for the construction of a residential building in the specified microdistrict was signed between the company 'M.B.E' and the LLC 'Alliance Kuruulush Plus', representing the interests of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan 'A.M'. However, in 2018, due to disagreements, 'M.B.E.' seized the commercial premises in this project with the help of members of an organized criminal group associated with the late K.Asanbek, threatening the management of the construction company with physical harm. Furthermore, after the completion of construction, 'M.B.E.' unlawfully demanded the transfer of several residential premises in favor of its affiliated individuals without contributions of financial and other resources, which caused obstacles to the completion of work and violated the rights of other shareholders.
