On December 14, 2025, information was received at the Internal Affairs Department of the Jayil District about the hospitalization of K.T., born in 1991, who is the deputy head of the checkpoint 'Kainy' of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic. He was admitted to the surgical department of the Jayil District Hospital with a preliminary diagnosis of "penetrating stab wound" and was in a state of alcoholic intoxication. This was reported by the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui Region.
After registering this incident, a criminal case was initiated for causing serious harm to health, as provided for by Article 130 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. During the investigation, it was revealed that K.T. was in the company of a citizen A.R., with whom he was consuming alcohol. During a conflict that arose, A.R. inflicted a stab wound on K.T. Unknown individuals transported the injured man to the hospital from the Sosnovsky turn in the city of Kara-Balta. As a result of operational-search activities, police officers were able to identify and detain the suspect — citizen A.R., who is currently in a temporary detention facility. Necessary examinations have been appointed for the case, and investigative actions are ongoing.
