The investigative operational group of the Sverdlovsk District Department of Internal Affairs found that after the divorce between U.B. (born in 1977) and U.Z. (born in 1978), a quarrel occurred during which U.B. used a traumatic pistol MP-79, resulting in the woman receiving fatal injuries.
After the incident, a "Intercept" plan was implemented in Bishkek. Law enforcement agencies quickly established that the detained individual had previously worked in the Traffic Safety Department. A criminal case has been initiated against him under Article 122 ("Murder") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the investigation is ongoing.
