On November 26, 2025, a resident of the village of Altymysh, known as D.B., contacted the Internal Affairs Department of the Kemin district for assistance. He reported that a citizen, R.K., had deceitfully taken his money amounting to 460,000 soms, promising to deliver a Chinese-made car of the brand "Weltmeiter X6." After receiving the funds, the fraudster disappeared, causing significant material damage to his victim.
Criminal proceedings have been initiated regarding this incident, as the actions of the suspect fall under Article 209 (Fraud) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui region. As a result of operational-search activities, the police were able to establish that the suspect is a citizen, R.K., born in 1986. He was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. The investigation also revealed that he may be involved in a number of similar fraudulent schemes in this area.
