On December 22, 2025, at around 21:00, a report was received at the Internal Affairs Department of the Alamudun District about the abduction of a minor, K.H., born in 2008. According to eyewitnesses, the attack occurred in the village of Vasilyevka, where unknown individuals abducted the girl in a silver car.
According to information from the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Chuy Region, the incident was registered, and search operations were immediately initiated.
During operational activities, at a checkpoint in the village of Sosnovka in the Jayil District, officers of the Traffic Police of Chuy Region stopped a silver Honda Step, driven by citizen A.A., born in 1995. Inside the vehicle, K.H. was found, along with several young individuals: B.A. (born in 2005), K.M. (born in 2001), B.M. (born in 2008), K.A. (born in 2009), and K.Y., K.A. (both born in 2008). They were all taken to the Internal Affairs Department of the Alamudun District for further investigation.
During the investigation, it was revealed that B.A., born in 2005, planned to get married, made prior arrangements with friends, rented a car, and abducted K.H. near her home. The girl's mother, citizen A.N., filed a complaint with the Internal Affairs Department requesting action against those responsible.
Based on these events, a criminal case was initiated under Article 172 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, which addresses the abduction of a person for the purpose of marriage.
B.A., K.M., and A.A. have been detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
Necessary forensic examinations have been appointed within the framework of the criminal case. Investigative actions are ongoing, taking into account the minor age of the other participants in the case.
