Employees of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui Region reported the detention of suspects in a kidnapping case on December 24.
According to the mother’s account, a group of strangers abducted her daughter, putting her in a "Honda Step" car near her home.
Information about the stolen vehicle was communicated to all units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. At the "Sosnovka" post in the Jayyl district, traffic police inspectors noticed a car that matched the description and stopped it. Inside was the abducted girl, as well as:
- driver A.A., born in 1995;
- passengers B.A., born in 2005, K.M., born in 2001, B.M., born in 2008, K.A., born in 2009, K.Y., born in 2008, K.A., born in 2008.
All of them were taken to the Internal Affairs Department of the Alamudun district.
According to the investigation, 20-year-old B.A. decided to marry a minor girl from the Chui region. He arranged with friends, rented a car, and went to the village of Vasilyevka, where he abducted her.
This incident has been registered under Article 172 ("Kidnapping a person for the purpose of marriage") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The "groom" B.A., 30-year-old driver A.A., and 24-year-old passenger K.M. have all been detained. They are being held in a temporary detention facility.
