Some citizens withdrew their savings early
As of December 1, 227,354 people received the funded part of their pension in Kyrgyzstan, according to data from the Social Fund.
The total amount of payments amounted to 5 billion 877.8 million soms and was distributed as follows:
- retirees who reached the established age – 199,750 people (3 billion 100.8 million soms);
- citizens who moved abroad for permanent residence – 4,524 people (254 million soms);
- heirs of deceased insured individuals – 11,919 people (361.9 million soms);
- military personnel – 998 people (11.7 million soms);
- individuals applying for mortgage loans – 388 people (88.2 million soms);
- citizens who received mortgage financing – 7,937 people (1 billion 787.5 million soms);
- individuals making payments for housing rent financed by JSC "GIK" – 341 people (55.8 million soms);
- participants in shared construction or those repaying installment payments for construction projects – 391 people (82.4 million soms);
- officially recognized unemployed – 316 people (6 million soms);
- individuals with severe illnesses – 790 people (129.5 million soms).
