An open auction for the sale of property has been announced by OJSC "Shakhta Zhyrgalan." As part of the auction, five lots will be offered, including land plots and one plot with a building, located in the Ak-Suysky district, reports the special administrator of the company.
The following lots are up for auction:
lot No. 1 — a land plot with an area of 1,000 square meters, with a starting price of 5.3 million soms;
lot No. 2 — a land plot with an area of 1,000 square meters and a building, starting price — 6.74 million soms;
lot No. 3 — a land plot with an area of 1,000 square meters, starting price — 5.15 million soms;
lot No. 4 — a land plot with the same area of 1,000 square meters, starting price — 5.15 million soms;
lot No. 5 — a land plot with an area of 3,000 square meters, starting price — 7.1 million soms.
Individuals and legal entities wishing to participate must pay a security deposit of 50,000 soms.
The application acceptance will last until January 21, 2026.
