The following lots are up for auction:
- lot No. 1 — a land plot with an area of 1,000 square meters, with a starting price of 5.3 million soms;
- lot No. 2 — a land plot with an area of 1,000 square meters and a building, starting price — 6.74 million soms;
- lot No. 3 — a land plot with an area of 1,000 square meters, starting price — 5.15 million soms;
- lot No. 4 — a land plot with the same area of 1,000 square meters, starting price — 5.15 million soms;
- lot No. 5 — a land plot with an area of 3,000 square meters, starting price — 7.1 million soms.
Individuals and legal entities wishing to participate must pay a security deposit of 50,000 soms.
The application acceptance will last until January 21, 2026.
