In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, a law has been adopted whereby a plot of land designated for agricultural use will now be used for the construction of an electrical substation.
The decision concerns 0.4 hectares of land located in the Lenin district and owned by the private company OsOO "Jaz Stroy." Previously, this plot was used as irrigated agricultural land.
According to the new resolution, the land plot is being reclassified to a category related to industry, energy, transport, and communications. This decision was made taking into account the recommendations of the commission on land transformation and the resolution of the city administration.
The city administration has been instructed to make the necessary changes to the cadastral documents. Additionally, it is required to ensure the targeted use of the land in accordance with urban planning and sanitary standards, as well as to protect historical and cultural heritage in case it is discovered. If the plot is not used for its intended purpose, measures are provided for its expropriation and restoration to its original state.
