According to Turdaliev, it is extremely important to complete the construction of the Naryn—Bayetov road within the established deadlines.
“We hope that the road will be ready by the end of 2026 and we ask you to take this project under personal control,” he emphasized.
The delegate also noted that there are difficulties on the Bayetov—Kosh-Töbö road, where there is heavy traffic from large trucks, including those from China:
“This road has turned into a muddy path. Dust has covered part of the fields, and people have been treating their livestock for several months. It would be wonderful if this section could be asphalted,” he added.
Turdaliev also raised the issue of land redistribution for the youth:
“Young people want to stay in their villages and work, but there is not enough land. There are 1,776 hectares in the district that can be reclassified. We are counting on your help,” he noted.
He also warned about the risks associated with the changing course of the Naryn River, which threatens the agricultural lands of the residents of the villages of Togolok-Moldo and Kutka:
“People have already lost 9 hectares. If there is a lot of water in the spring, about 250 more hectares could be submerged. We ask for urgent measures to be taken,” said the delegate.
Additionally, Turdaliev proposed to construct a reservoir (BDR) in the village of Kurtka:
“If the reservoir is built, 2,000 hectares will become irrigable, which will provide residents with fodder.”
The Aala-Buga pumping station, built in the 1980s, also received attention:
“The station is outdated, but it provides water supply to three villages. We ask to include it in the renovation projects and support its repair,” Turdaliev added.
