At the meeting of the People's Kurultai on December 25, delegate Azamat Kudayberdiev from Karakol expressed his proposals regarding housing construction and ecology.

During the 4th People's Kurultai, he noted that in Karakol, the State Mortgage Company plans to construct 69 residential buildings, one school, and two kindergartens. However, in the area where the new houses are located, there are no schools, and the kindergartens in the vicinity are overcrowded. Due to the increasing number of residents, families are forced to send their children to study in other parts of the city, which creates additional costs and inconveniences.

Kudayberdiev reported on plans to build two new schools, one of which will be constructed with the support of Russia. He also proposed to start the construction of two kindergartens at the very beginning of next year.

In addition, the delegate addressed the issue of smog, which is observed not only in Bishkek and Osh but also in Karakol. The main reason for this is the use of coal for heating homes and in production processes.

As part of the discussion on building a new school, the delegate suggested considering the possibility of teaching in the Kyrgyz language in some classes.
