In her speech, Musabaeva pointed out the increase in population and the associated problems with land plots. She reported that about 10,000 residents are awaiting certificates of ownership for housing. In this regard, the delegate proposed to expand the city’s area by utilizing land from the ayil okmotu.
Currently, there are eight schools and nine kindergartens operating in Uzgen. Musabaeva noted that in some educational institutions, classes are held in three shifts due to a lack of educational spaces. In this context, the delegate suggested the construction of new schools in new residential areas and districts.
