The government of Kyrgyzstan has made changes to its decree regarding the liquidation of military courts in order to protect the social rights of those military personnel who previously held positions in these institutions.
According to the new document, the salaries of former military court employees who receive pensions under the Law "On Pension Provision for Military Personnel" will be aligned with positions in the structure of the Ministry of Defense.
This applies to categories of employees such as heads of financial and economic departments, senior secretaries of court sessions, drivers, and others. For them, a correspondence will be established between the tariff grades and salaries of military personnel in the Ministry of Defense, ranging from officers to sergeants and contractors.
The implementation of these changes and their financing have been entrusted to the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Defense.
