It is important to note that the Kant city administration has no legal grounds to allocate budget funds for the improvement of this area, as it is not municipal property.
Sherimbekov pointed out that the residents of the military town, who are also taxpayers of the city, are in a difficult situation. “We pay taxes, but we are left without basic living conditions,” said the delegate, highlighting the legal restrictions faced by the city administration regarding investments in this area.
Furthermore, he reported on the alarming situation faced by about 30 families who are at risk of eviction, which is causing significant concern among local residents.
