- During the IV People's Kurultai, which took place on December 26, the delegate from Italy, Taalaykul Rysalieva, proposed to implement a separate status for migrants in the State Mortgage Company's program.

She noted that migrants often leave for abroad, leaving their loved ones, especially small children, waiting for the opportunity to acquire housing. "We ask to create a special status for migrants in the mortgage program so that they can provide for their children more quickly," Rysalieva emphasized.

The delegate suggested giving migrants priority in the housing queue, as well as introducing preferential conditions, such as reduced interest rates and the absence of a down payment.

According to her, accelerating the process of purchasing housing would allow parents to return to their children more quickly. "Our children need parental care and attention," she added.

Rysalieva also touched on the topic of more effective use of the funds that migrants send back home.

"The financial resources that migrants direct to the country are often used only for everyday needs. If the government creates legal mechanisms for investments, such as diaspora bonds or investment funds, this money could bring more benefits to the economy and protect migrants from fraudulent schemes," she said.
