- At the IV People's Kurultai on December 26, Kubanychbek Osmonbekov, a representative of the Kyrgyz diaspora in Russia, proposed creating a special call center for job vacancies, as well as improving mortgage lending conditions for Kyrgyz citizens.
Osmonbekov noted that it is necessary to organize a single short number through which information about vacancies from all corners of the country, including rural areas, can be obtained. This will allow compatriots to find jobs and get employed more quickly.
In addition, he suggested introducing preferential conditions for compatriots within the framework of the State Mortgage Company. According to him, the requirement for a 50% down payment is burdensome for most Kyrgyz citizens. He proposed reducing this down payment to 10-20% to ease the process of acquiring housing in Kyrgyzstan.
Osmonbekov also emphasized the need to expand the "1+1" project for investors so that it covers not only the Batken region but also other areas, and to create conditions for attracting experienced Kyrgyz citizens to government service.
In a separate aspect of his speech, he touched upon migration issues in the Russian Federation. He reminded about the "Visaran" system, which prohibits entrepreneurs from staying in Russia for more than 90 days a year. Considering the strategic partnership between Kyrgyzstan and Russia, Osmonbekov proposed negotiating the lifting of this restriction for compatriots coming to Russia for private visits.
The Ministry of Labor, in turn, reported that starting from 2026, information about job vacancies will be posted exclusively on the state portal jumush.gov.kg.
“Job-seeking citizens will be able to obtain complete information about vacancies: requirements, salary levels, as well as the opportunity to contact employers directly,” the statement said.
