- During the People's Kurultai on December 26, President Sadyr Japarov discussed the future of the lamp factory with delegate Abduvahap Nuraliev from Mailuu-Suu.
According to him, 1 billion soms have been allocated for the restoration of the enterprise.
As Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev clarified, the factory was initially provided with a budget loan, but later a decision was made to increase the authorized capital as a grant.
“We have instructed to carry out the rehabilitation of the factory. Previously, state companies did not demonstrate the necessary efficiency, often went bankrupt, and the assets passed into private hands. We are confident that the factory will be able to operate. If the manager cannot restore the factory with 1 billion soms, it will mean that he is incompetent,” noted Sadyr Japarov.
