- At the meeting held on December 26, Sadyr Japarov responded to the appeal from the representative of the Naryn region regarding tax revenues from the development of the Solton-Sary gold deposit.
The delegate requested that 2% of the taxes collected from enterprises be directed to the local budget.
The President noted that these 2% are already being allocated to the region's budget.
As for the distribution of the received funds, they are as follows:
Development Fund "Tenir-Tuu" in Naryn region — 60 million 603 thousand soms,
Naryn District Development Fund — 36 million 362 thousand soms,
Min-Bulak Development Fund of the Min-Bulak aiyl aimak in Naryn district — 24 million soms.
Additionally, as part of the social package, 50 million soms are allocated to the Min-Bulak Fund.
“You have the opportunity to check how these funds are used, whether they have been stolen. If you notice any embezzlement, do not hesitate to report it,” the president addressed the attending delegates.

The "Solton-Sary" deposit is located in the Naryn region of Kyrgyzstan and includes the Buchuk, Ak-Tash, and Altyn-Tor sections, with total estimated gold reserves of about 20 tons. Several companies are operating at this deposit, including the Chinese "Zhong Ji Mining," the Indian Avelum Partner, and the state company "Kyrgyzaltyn."
