The Office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic has initiated a draft law that will be presented to the Jogorku Kenesh. This draft law proposes the creation of a separate queue for migrants wishing to obtain state mortgages. This information was announced on December 26 at the IV People's Kurultai.

President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov responded to a question posed by a delegate representing the interests of migrants from Russia. He stated that he had instructed the State Mortgage Company and the Office of the President to develop a draft law that would ensure a separate queue for migrants and people with disabilities.

In addition, Sadyr Japarov noted that more than 70,000 apartments are being built in the country as part of the state mortgage program. The President urged not to limit the queues for state mortgages only to Bishkek, Osh, and Manas, reminding that mortgage houses are also being constructed in small towns and regional centers.
