The Office of the President of Kyrgyzstan has approved new standards for public services, signed by Kanbek Tumanbaev.

As part of the document, nearly 30 types of services have been defined, available for both individuals and legal entities. Among them are the registration of civil status acts, such as birth, marriage, divorce, death, as well as name and surname changes and the issuance of duplicates of certificates and statements.

The new standards also pertain to the process of issuing ID cards and general civil passports, as well as expedited documentation, registration of citizens at their place of residence and stay, confirmation of citizenship, and providing data from the passport registry to various institutions, including banks and notaries.

A separate segment of services concerns foreign citizens and stateless persons, including the issuance of permits for temporary and permanent residence, as well as the registration of foreign passports and issues related to citizenship.

Monitoring the implementation of these standards will be carried out by the state institution "Kyzmat." Information about the approved standards will be posted on official resources and information boards. The order will come into effect seven working days after its official publication.
